What is Ashcroft AI?

Ashcroft AI builds continuous AI environments for everyday life and work. Ash Everyday gives individuals a personal assistant that carries context forward; Ash Work gives professionals and organizations a governed operating environment for knowledge, relationships and execution. Ashcroft Private Office provides concierge implementation for businesses that want us to build their Work environment with them.

The architecture

One company, two environments, one service.

Ash Everyday

Your personal Ash: one place to think, remember, organize, and get things done. The individual owns the account and its information, and the plan grows with the person, never into a business account.

Ash Work

The professional and organizational environment: work memory, company knowledge, projects, relationship intelligence, meetings, documents, workflows, approvals, roles and permissions, and governed execution. It can belong to one professional or to an organization.

Ashcroft Private Office

The concierge implementation service inside the Work side of Ashcroft: Ashcroft learns the business, organizes the environment, configures Ash, onboards your team, and maintains it as the company evolves.

One Ash, always: Everyday and Work are distinct account environments with different ownership, tools, permissions, and boundaries, sharing the same Ashcroft platform and the same Ash. Personal and organizational context do not collapse into one environment.

Connection ownership model

Connections belong to four distinct owners so it is always clear what a credential does: User Identity (how you sign in), User Data (your own mailbox and calendar, a separate consented step), AI Provider Connections (separate from your Ash login: Ashcroft-managed AI infrastructure, approved local models, or an AI provider your organization connects, protected server-side and never used to sign you in), and Agent Tool Grants (which agent may use which capability). Adding a provider connection never auto-grants it to an agent.

Frequently asked questions

What is Ashcroft AI?

Ashcroft AI builds continuous AI environments for everyday life and work. Ash Everyday gives individuals a personal assistant that carries context forward; Ash Work gives professionals and organizations a governed operating environment for knowledge, relationships and execution. Ashcroft Private Office provides concierge implementation for businesses that want us to build their Work environment with them.

What is Ash Everyday?

Ash Everyday is your personal Ash: one place to think, remember, organize, and get things done. Ash remembers your context, helps organize the moving pieces of your life, and becomes more useful the more you work together. The individual owns the account and its information.

What is Ash Work?

Ash Work is the professional and organizational environment: work memory, company knowledge, projects, relationship intelligence, meetings, documents, workflows, approvals, roles and permissions, and governed execution. It can belong to one professional or to an organization; organization-owned environments keep company information under company control.

What is Ashcroft Private Office?

Ashcroft Private Office is the concierge implementation service for businesses using Ash Work. Ashcroft learns how the company actually operates, organizes the environment, configures Ash, onboards your team, and maintains the environment as the business evolves. It is a service inside the Work side of Ashcroft, not a separate product.

Do personal and work information mix?

No. Your Everyday account belongs to you, and a Work environment belongs to the professional or organization that owns it. Using Ash in both places does not automatically make personal information available to an employer, or organizational information available to your personal Ash. Information crosses a boundary only when authorized, visibly and revocably.

How does Ash handle automation and control?

Ashcroft treats automation as a privilege, not a default. Connected capabilities operate within the permissions you grant, higher-consequence actions can require approval before they run, governed execution creates durable records you can inspect, and permissions and connected accounts can be reviewed and revoked as your needs change.

Can our tools change without losing what Ash knows?

That is the design goal. Execution tools like CRMs, project software, and email providers are downstream surfaces; the organizational intelligence, including decisions, relationships, and operating history, is kept by the Ashcroft environment so it does not have to disappear when a tool is replaced.

Is Ashcroft available now?

Ashcroft is in an invitation-only private beta. Invitations come from Ashcroft; if you have an invitation link, it creates your account. Private Office engagements begin as guided conversations with Ashcroft.
